The The camera ready copy (CRC) submission is now enabled in CMT for the registered papers.

The camera ready copy (CRC) should be strictly prepared as per the River Publisher Template as given above. Any deviation from the template will lead to rejection of paper by the publisher. Your camera ready paper should be in standard 5 pages until and unless you have paid the overlength charges. Your final camera ready paper page length will be verified by your registration category, and if any discrepancies found,  authors will be directed to pay the overlength charges accordingly.

Please note the maximum plagiarism limit for this conference is 15% including all sources and bibliography/reference with three word setting. Make sure your final camera ready paper does not cross this limit. If the plagiarism is detected at any stage during and after submission of proceeding to publisher, your paper will be removed from the proceedings and it will not be published.

You have to check your paper for plagiarism only using Turnitin and ithenticate plagiarism checker. The conference committee will perform final check of all submitted camera ready paper at the end. If any paper is found to be plagiarized beyond the above mentioned limit, it will be returned to author for correction with the applicable penalties.

You are required to submit the word file of your final camera ready paper

Authors are also required to fill the copyright form of river publisher as given above. The corresponding author should sign and scan it and upload it in CMT along with their camera ready paper. Please note failing to upload the copyright means you are not transferring the right to publisher to publish your paper, so in that case your paper will be denied publishing by the River Publisher. So filling and uploading of copyright form is must.

The deadline to receive camera ready copy and copyright form is 15 March (Firm and Hard deadline)
